Future of Sport
Evolve led the design and creation of the Empower Her Program for Football NSW, and the NSW Office of Sport for the 'Play Her Way Strategy', a transformative initiative designed for young girls in sport aged 14-18 to cultivate confidence, build resilience, and embrace a positive body image. Through interactive workshops, relatable storytelling, and a safe, supportive environment, we aim to equip these young women with the tools they need to overcome challenges, navigate setbacks, and step into their power.

By addressing key issues like comparison, self-worth, and personal growth, this program empowers our future to thrive not just as athletes, but as individuals ready to lead with strength, authenticity, and purpose—both on and off the field.

Evolving Collective
After raising teenage boys and navigating the complexities of mental health and ADHD, I’ve spent years practicing and refining strategies to support their growth and resilience. These experiences inspired the creation of the Evolving Mind Series, designed to empower parents, teachers, and coaches with tools to help children manage big feelings. Whether as standalone interactive workbooks, in-person sessions led by facilitators, or pre-recorded modules, this leadership series is all about guiding kids through challenging times. With a focus on self-awareness, understanding triggers, and using strength-based tools, it provides practical ways to help kids build emotional resilience and thrive.
